Terms of Service

Purchase constitutes acceptance of SuperWriter's single-device licensing rules and online verification policy.

Activation codes may not be shared across multiple devices, resold, or publicly distributed. Detected abuse may result in immediate revocation.

Each activation code is permanently bound to its original machine. Reinstalling on that machine can restore activation; another machine requires a new code. Revocation does not release either binding.

AI-Assisted Output Disclaimer

SuperWriter may use AI-assisted features, Skills, MCP servers, and user-configured third-party services to help generate, transform, summarize, review, or visualize research materials.

AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, fabricated, or unsuitable for your manuscript, research field, target journal, or institutional requirements. This includes, without limitation, scientific claims, citations, quotations, equations, data interpretation, figure captions, graphical abstracts, reviewer responses, and submission materials.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing, verifying, and correcting all AI-assisted output before relying on it, sharing it with others, submitting it to a journal, or publishing it. SuperWriter does not replace professional scientific judgment, advisor or coauthor review, journal instructions, research integrity obligations, or legal and ethical compliance.
